The Minister of Works, David Umahi, has dispelled concerns over the availability of funds for the completion of the four legacy projects being executed by the Federal Government.
In a statement, Umahi said the 30 per cent counterpart funding required for the projects had been fully paid, assuring that necessary financial arrangements had been made to ensure their completion.

Providing an update on the projects, the minister said construction work had reached an appreciable level across the four projects.
Umahi also disclosed plans for the Saba-Benin Road, which is being executed under a concession arrangement.
On the NNPC tax credit projects inherited by the current administration, the minister directed contractors to return to site or face action from the Federal Government.
He also said President Bola Tinubu would secure substantial support in the South-East in the 2027 election, while urging politicians to focus their campaigns on issues rather than what he described as malicious campaigns.
