Commercial motorcycle riders barred from operating between 10:30 p.m. and 5:30 a.m. as government tightens security measures.
Oyo State Governor, Seyi Makinde, has announced a restriction on commercial motorcycle operations across the state as part of efforts to address growing security challenges.
Under the new directive, Okada riders will be prohibited from operating between 10:30 p.m. and 5:30 a.m., a period authorities say has increasingly been exploited for criminal activities.

The move comes amid heightened concerns over insecurity in parts of the state and follows ongoing efforts by the government to strengthen public safety and law enforcement.
Residents and commercial motorcycle operators have been urged to comply with the regulation as security agencies intensify measures aimed at protecting lives and property across Oyo State.
