Afrobeats sensation Ayra Starr has achieved another major feat in her flourishing music career as her hit song, “Bloody Samaritan,” has been awarded a Silver Certification in the United Kingdom by the British Phonographic Industry (BPI).
The certification recognizes the commercial success of the track, which was released in 2021 as part of her acclaimed debut album, 19 & Dangerous, under Mavin Records.

With the latest achievement, Ayra Starr joins an elite group of Nigerian artistes whose music projects have earned UK Silver Certification. The list includes Afrobeats stars such as Burna Boy, Wizkid, Davido, Asake, Tems, Rema, Omah Lay and CKay, whose works have also recorded impressive success in the UK market.
