Late actor’s daughter Haleemah Taiwo urges public to disregard false reports and respect the family’s privacy as they mourn their father
The family of late Nollywood actor Taiwo Hassan, popularly known as Ogogo, has dismissed reports and a viral video claiming that his daughter, Shakirat “Kira” Taiwo, has welcomed a baby boy.
Haleemah “Lima” Taiwo another daughter of the late actor, issued the clarification on Wednesday through a statement on her Instagram page, describing the report as false.
She urged the public to disregard the circulating information, saying the family had received several calls and messages from concerned friends and relatives seeking clarification.
Haleemah said the family was currently mourning the death of their father and appealed to the public to stop sharing unverified information about them.
She also thanked friends, family and members of the public for their understanding, prayers and respect for the family’s privacy during the difficult period.
