U.S President Donald Trump has announced that he will not attend the wedding of his son, Donald Trump Jr., citing official government responsibilities.
Trump made the disclosure in a post shared on his Truth social media account on Friday.

According to the US president, affairs of state and his commitment to the United States would prevent him from attending the wedding ceremony involving Donald Trump Jr. and his fiancée, Bettina Anderson.
Trump stated that although he wished to be present at the event, the current demands of governance required him to remain focused on national responsibilities.
He described the moment as an important period for the country and said his duties at the White House could not be ignored.
The president, however, congratulated the couple and wished them well ahead of their wedding ceremony.
