Akinyele Constituency 2 candidate calls for love, brotherhood, compassion and prayers for Nigeria’s peace and progress.
The Allied Peoples Movement (APM) candidate for Oyo State House of Assembly, Akinyele Constituency 2, Hon. Olalere Solomon ERE, has felicitated Muslim faithful across the constituency, Oyo State and beyond on the occasion of Eid-el-Mawlid, urging them to embrace love, peace and brotherhood.
In a message marking the celebration, Olalere urged Muslims to reflect on the exemplary life and teachings of Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W), particularly his virtues of compassion, humility, patience, forgiveness, honesty and peaceful coexistence.
He called on Muslims and other Nigerians to promote unity, tolerance and mutual respect while extending kindness and support to the less privileged and vulnerable members of society.
Olalere also urged Muslim faithful to dedicate prayers to the peace, progress and prosperity of Nigeria, saying the challenges facing the country require collective responsibility, sincere prayers and renewed commitment to nation-building.
The APM candidate wished Muslim faithful a peaceful and spiritually rewarding Eid-el-Mawlid, praying for blessings, good health and prosperity for families and communities.
He reaffirmed his commitment to promoting unity, peaceful coexistence, good governance and meaningful development in Akinyele Constituency 2 and Oyo State.
