Lagos and Ogun police commands free abductees within 25 hours under Operation KOSAYE.
A joint operation by the Lagos and Ogun State Police Commands has rescued five people kidnapped near Ogbere Forest in Ogun State.
The victims were freed within 25 hours through the coordinated operation, codenamed Operation KOSAYE—a Yoruba phrase meaning “No Space.”

Police said one of the victims, a woman who sustained gunshot injuries during the abduction, was rescued alongside her daughter and sister. The operation was part of ongoing efforts by security agencies to combat kidnapping and other violent crimes in the region.
