Results upload begins after voting ends across the state as collation continues.
The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has commenced the upload of results from the Osun State governorship election to its Result Viewing (IReV) portal.
As of 11:51 p.m., about 94 per cent of the results had been uploaded to the portal, following the conclusion of voting and counting at polling units across the state.
Voting officially ended at 2:30 p.m., after which polling officials commenced the sorting, counting and recording of results before transmitting them for public viewing on IReV.
The upload is expected to continue as more results are processed and transmitted from the 30 local government areas of the state.
