Inspection underscores government’s commitment to delivering world-class infrastructure and boosting economic development in the state.
The Oyo State Commissioner for Public Works and Transportation, Arc. Abdulmojeed Mogbonjubola, has inspected the ongoing Phase 2 construction of the 110-kilometre Senator Rashidi Ladoja Circular Road in Ibadan.
Pictures from the inspection exercise were shared on the official X handle of the Oyo State Government, highlighting the progress of work on the flagship infrastructure project.

The inspection forms part of the state government’s efforts to assess the pace and quality of work on the project, which is expected to improve transportation, ease traffic congestion and enhance economic activities across Ibadan and its environs.
During the tour, Mogbonjubola assessed the level of progress on the construction works and interacted with engineers and project officials, reaffirming the government’s commitment to delivering durable infrastructure that meets global standards.
The 110-kilometre Senator Rashidi Ladoja Circular Road remains one of the flagship projects of the Oyo State Government, designed to improve connectivity, open up new development corridors and attract investment across the state.
The project is expected to play a significant role in decongesting major roads within the Ibadan metropolis while supporting urban expansion and economic growth in Oyo State.
