TikToker takes delivery of luxury Abuja home days after Ochacho pledged the property at his traditional wedding.
Popular Nigerian TikToker Habeeb Hamzat, better known as Peller, has received a ₦400 million mansion in Abuja from real estate mogul King Ochacho.
Peller announced the luxury gift in an emotional Instagram post, expressing gratitude to Ochacho for fulfilling the pledge made during his traditional wedding with fellow content creator Jarvis on August 1.

“Words honestly cannot explain how grateful I am. Today, I received a N400 million house in Abuja from an incredible man, Mr. Ochacho,” Peller wrote.
During the star-studded wedding ceremony, Ochacho had pledged, on behalf of himself and his sons, to gift the content creator a ₦400 million mansion in Abuja.
Peller thanked the businessman for his generosity and support, praying that God would continue to bless and replenish him.
He also expressed appreciation to businessman and philanthropist Sososoberekon for introducing him to Ochacho.
“And a special thank you to Sosoberekete, the person who made me meet this great man. If not for you, this connection may never have happened. I appreciate you deeply,” he said.
The announcement has sparked reactions on social media, with fans congratulating Peller and praising Ochacho for fulfilling his promise barely a week after making it.
The gift comes as Peller and Jarvis prepare for their white wedding scheduled for 3pm today.
