Hon. Busari Olakunle Ibrahim, popularly known as “Gudugudu,” has emerged as the winner of the governorship primaries of the Accord Party in Oyo State ahead of the 2027 governorship race.
Results announced from the collation centre showed that Gudugudu secured 29,427 votes to emerge winner of the exercise.
Oriyomi Hamzat polled 18,716 votes, while Fatai Owoseni scored 11,922 votes.
The outcome marks a major development in the party’s preparations for the 2027 governorship election, with supporters already reacting to the result across the state.
The result was relayed on air by a reporter of Fresh FM calling from the party’s collation centre.
